How it works:
Each day you'll take 5 - 15 minutes to fill out 5 short prompts. This journal is aimed at creating an attitude of gratitude, getting you focused on the most important tasks for the day and building positive habits. All of these things have been shown to decrease stress and increase overall wellbeing. Challenge yourself to do all 30 days in a row, or start small with a couple days a week.
